Packages Over $500 value: Must be opened and professionally packaged by Adrian Logistics.

Packages Over $999 value: Signature confirmation is required.

Inspection and Documentation: Packages must be inspected, and photos taken at the time of shipment for documentation purposes.

Filing a Claim: In the event a claim needs to be filed, please contact Adrian Logistics. While we take every measure to ensure claims are paid out, there is no guarantee. Adrian Logistics is not liable for unpaid claims.
